The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through 5pm PST on March 13, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. After 5pm, PST on March 13, 2025 any changes to existing room reservations (names, dates, etc.) will be accepted based upon space and rate availability. Extremely limited rooms available at group rates for weekends.
Room rates are per night and subject to the prevailing room tax, which is currently 13.38% and a daily discounted* resort fee of $35.00 plus 13.38% tax. Resort fee and tax are both subject to change.
Rollaway beds $50 per rollaway, per night, based on hotel availability. Restrictions may apply.
The daily resort fee is *discounted to those who make their room reservation via NWAS/NWWT reservation link ONLY (otherwise, it's approx. $50 + tax, per night).
Resort fee includes:
• Access to the fitness center for two people (a value of $40 per day).
• In-room internet access: four (4) devices per room at a standard 7Mb connection speed(a value of $80 per day).
• Unlimited local, domestic long-distance and toll-free calls.
• Printing of boarding passes through Concierge.
• Access to more than 5,000 national and international digital daily newspapers and magazines.

Reservation holder must be at least 21 years of age and all guests will be required to show a valid government-issued ID upon check-in.
Like most hotels, Wynn Las Vegas requires a pre-authorization of $150 for each night’s stay to cover incidentals upon check-in. Should a guest not provide a credit card, the Resort will require a cash deposit of $300 per night for incidentals at the time of check-in. Please note that if a guest uses a debit card, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from the attendee’s bank account. The funds will be automatically withdrawn upon check-in.
PARKING: Self-parking is complimentary for hotel guests. Valet parking is subject to a fee. Valet Parking $35/day Monday-Thursday; and, $40/day Friday-Sunday.Self-parking is complimentary for hotel guests. For non-registered guests the daily parking fee is approx. $20 per day, with the first three (3) hours free. Prices may be higher during special events. parking fees subject to change without notice.

Once this block is sold, rooms are on availability only and may be at a higher rate.
A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.
