The discounted group rate is available for reservations made by May 20, 2027 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Hotel sells out early, and rooms for the weekends are extremely limited, so plan accordingly.

Cancellation of room reservations accepted by hotel without penalty up until 48 hours of arrival. Cancellation of room reservations received by the hotel inside 48 hours of arrival will forfeit their 1 night + tax deposit.
